Oh snap! Look at this gorgeous website builder! Really, at first glance Jigsy website builder looks amazing! I say that because I see beautiful designs and easy-to-use features on the home page, all explained in exquisitely simple format. Jigsy, let’s dance.
Industry Specific?
This is the same as the majority of builders. The designs are not fixed for one particular industry. They have hundreds of themes. And if you happen to have HTML and CSS skills or you are working with a designer that has those skills, you can create a template of your very own and upload it to their system; now that is unique. I’d love to see a design gallery or actual sites built with Jigsy; there is no such thing right now.
Pricing
Jigsy’s pricing is lovely. You can have a free account with a reasonable amount of features to get you started. You don’t get search engine optimization or a lot of pages, but at least you can try (and launch) before you buy. When you have decided that Jigsy’s website builder is your new best friend, you can upgrade to a paid account, which is only $8.25 a month.
Would you like some free help preparing for your site? Cool. Here’s a free download I created just for you.
Mobile?
Yes. Their templates are responsive in nature. So when the screen size changes, the template adjusts.
***Note, I am not sure if all of their themes are responsive, but they absolutely have a selection of them, so just watch for that when choosing a theme.***
In What Browser Does the Website Builder Work?
They don’t say specifically. Most don’t mention this, so we’re going to assume their product works in the most recent version of the IE, FF, and Chrome. If anyone finds out otherwise, please let me know.
Search Engine Optimization?
Jigsy’s website builder does have search engine optimization features. You get them if you pay for your account. They also have website statistics for you. The thing I don’t see is if you can add your Google Analytics code; however, even though they don’t spell out whether you can or not, my guess is you can because they let you have access to their code for the template, which is where the Analytics snippet can be placed.
Blog Features?
Yes!
Ease of Use
From what I can see on Jigsy’s home page, yes, this appears to be an easy-to-use tool. It looks like drag and drop and the interface looks clean.
Use Your Own URL?
Yes. It appears you can only make use of your own URL when you have a paid account, but I think that is fair.
My Initial Impression
Yay! Yay! Yay!
Sometimes I get really amped up about a website builder and by the time I am through attempting to answer the basic questions in my review, I am deflated and sad for the world. But not this time! Jigsy’s website builder still looks awesome! I can’t wait to dig in more to this builder and see what’s under the hood.

I’ve been using Jigsy for years and years and completely second everything said here. It’s simple and clean to use and customer service and helpdesk are very responsive to questions and problems.

I’m impressed. I like the eBay and Paypal integration. The theme design could use some work, but I’m digging how well you can customize a theme with colors, patterns and typography. Jigsy seems to be building a solid foundation. I’d be interested in seeing what they do next!

Jigsy is not a commonly known website builder brand but provides the best customization compared to wordpress and jimdo sites and honestly provides great free features however the limit of pages for the free package isn’t the greatest though. However if you are looking for seriously creating a nice easy website for a business or organization you should use Jigsy.
