Soholaunch isn’t used through Soholaunch’s website.
Soholaunch Website builder is a little different than most of the website builders I’ve reviewed because while you can go to www.soholaunch.com and learn about the website builder, you don’t actually use the website builder through Soholaunch’s website. You will need to use it through a webhost that includes the Soholaunch website builder or install it at a web host. You can purchase a license to use the Soholaunch website builder at the Soholaunch website. So before you dig into whether you want to use Soholaunch, you’ll first need to find out what web hosts support Soholaunch. Start with your current web host and ask them. If they say no, contact Soholaunch and find out who does support their website builder; I suggest contacting them because they only show one web host supporting them on their site but upon doing a quick search, I found two. So contact Soholaunch directly to find out what hosts support their website building tool and then decide if you like the hosting options presented before you go any further.
My initial impression of the Soholaunch website builder
The review I give here is based off of the website’s information. There are features that appear to be in place that are mentioned in Soholaunch’s changelog that are not mentioned anywhere else on their website. Based off of what I can find out on the main portion of the website, there’s a couple key features missing I’d be concerned about, such as the ability to put in meta information for search engines and mobile-friendly themes. From the changelog, I can see that the product is still being improved upon regularly, so if you are considering using Soholaunch, I would contact them directly to find out if the website builder has mobile-friendly themes and if it allows for custom search engine meta tags to be put into the site (like meta descriptions, meta titles, and alt attributes).

Is Soholaunch an industry-specific website builder?
No. Soholaunch is designed for any small, home-based business to use.
Soholaunch website builder pricing made simple.
Well, I’d like it to be simple. I *think* the way Soholaunch works is you need to sign up for website hosting with a company that offers Soholaunch as a website builder tool.
You also have the option to purchase a license to Soholaunch Ultra, but it appears you probably won’t need to purchase a license if your hosting company already provides the tool. At Soholaunch’s website, you can buy a license that includes technical support. I believe this is for people who wish to install Soholaunch themselves; and it looks like Soholaunch will help install Soholaunch Ultra for you. If you decide to purchase Soholaunch, you can purchase a license to Soholaunch Ultra website builder for $18 a month or $160.00 a year ($13.33 a month) by going here.
Is Soholaunch’s website builder mobile friendly?
They aren’t saying their tool is mobile-friendly. The two featured websites are not mobile-responsive sites (meaning they change appearance to fit the device upon which they are being viewed). Before buying Soholaunch or working with the tool at your website host, contact Soholaunch directly and find out if their sitebuilder is now mobile-friendly; perhaps their website is just out of date.
Does Soholaunch offer search engine optimization features?
Soholaunch’s Features page does not state that they have search engine optimization features. This is a big deal for those of us that would like to increase the odds of our website being found in search engines. Again, I’d contact them directly if you are considering using Soholaunch as your website builder. The website builder does interface with Google Analytics tracking, which is a step in the right direction.
What blog features does Soholaunch offer?
Soholaunch has a blog feature that will allow you to write blog posts that are categorized by date automatically, which is a good place to start. I’d like to see this website builder allow for custom blog categories to be created and to be used as links on the website, like I do on my website. For instance, this post will be categorized in “blog” and “website builders.” Those are two categories I created on my own and I have the “website builder” category as part of my main drop-down menu for easy reference for anyone who just wants to read about website builders.
Is Soholaunch easy to use?
I have not worked within the Soholaunch interface directly, but based on the screenshots, it appears that the interface is very clear. This is a drag and drop website editor, which is usually easy for people to use. My initial impression is that it looks fairly straightforward.
Can you use your own domain name with Soholaunch’s website builder?
Yes. If you have paid for hosting and your hosting provider lets you use Soholaunch’s website builder, you will be able to use your own URL.
Final Thoughts about Soholaunch’s website builder.
Based on what I see at Soholaunch’s website, I believe you will get excellent technical support. The staff involved in this website builder is small. This means you’ll probably get support directly from the people who develop the product, which means the support will probably be very good. However, because it appears the staff is small, you might have a delay in getting support. All of this is purely speculation based off of my experience in the past with small companies who have staff that wear multiple hats.
