Today’s review is of Virb’s, a website builder that claims they are “the easy way to build a beautiful website.”
My first impression? They sure do look pretty and simple. Very excited to see what they have to offer. Let’s get started, shall we?
Industry Specific?
They do the standard thing and offer a bunch of templates that are customizable to any industry.
Pricing
First off, this website builder has a ten-day free trial. Yay!
They have one tier. It is $10.00/month. This, of course, works out to $120.00 a year. They claim there are no add-ons.

Mobile?
Yes. Responsive designs are what you’ll get with Virb, so your site will look at any size.
In What Browser Does the Website Builder Work?
It doesn’t say, so I’ll go with the assumption that it works in the most modern browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, and IE 10. The majority of builders don’t say anything about this; because of this, I’m giving everyone the benefit of the doubt.
Search Engine Optimization?
They say that you can add and edit meta. They also claim their themes are coded for SEO. Lastly, Virb ties in with Google Analytics. Yes!
Blog Features?
Yes.
Ease of Use
I don’t think they are drag and drop because of their statement on the home page. But I am super excited because I see that they have video tutorials accessible from the admin area. Heck yeah! Don’t believe me? Go to their Features page and check out the Admin portion; roll your mouse over the little green dots and learn more. Very promising.
Use Your Own URL?
Yes.
My Initial Impression
Aww, snap! I like these folks. I see that their example sites feature lots of hipster-looking businesses and I have a tendency to like hipster businesses.
Additionally, everything is so cleanly expressed on this site, I just have to believe I will have a good experience with the tool. I want to try the tool out, for sure.
